Mark is a recognized expert in distributed networking and wireless systems. Mark has eleven years of senior management experience including four years as co-founder and Director of Engineering at Bfound.com Services Inc., now part of Openwave Systems. Mark led the design and development of Bfound's core automated vehicle location/computer-assisted distribution (AVL/CAD) hardware technology.

Mark's systems engineering work includes satellite navigation technology (GPS), digital hardware design, packet radio application development and Internet protocols. Mark is a professional engineer and a graduate of the University of Victoria.
